Add a seminar asset


Article Summary

When managing seminar assets on your site you can add new assets by following these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Seminars > Assets.
  2. Click Add a new asset.
  3. Give the asset a descriptive (and ideally unique) name.
  4. Check the Allow asset booking conflicts setting to allow the asset to be assigned to two or more seminar event sessions that are running at the same time.
  5. Optionally give the asset a description.
  6. Complete any Custom fields that you've added.
  7. Click Add an asset.
Only users with the mod/facetoface:managesitewideassets capability can create new assets site-wide, and only users with the mod/facetoface:manageadhocassets capability can create assets within a specific seminar activity.
