Add a virtual room using a custom link


Article Summary

If you haven't set up any virtual room providers, or if you want to use a virtual room URL from another tool/site, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click Select rooms.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Give your virtual room a Name and enter the room's Capacity.
  4. Select Custom virtual room link from the Virtual room provider dropdown list.
  5. Enter your URL in the Virtual room link field.
  6. Optionally add a Description.
  7. Click OK to add the virtual room, then Save changes.

For this option you will need to create the virtual room separately, and then assign it to your seminar event using this method.
