As a Site Administrator you can configure which licences will be available for users when uploading a file from a file repository.
Follow these steps to enable file licences:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Plugins > Licences > Manage licences.
- Select the Default site licence from the dropdown menu.
- Click the crossed-out eye icon (
) to enable the licence. - Click Save changes when you are done.
If the eye icon is open (
) the licence is enabled and available to users
If the eye icon is closed (
) the licence is disabled and not available to users.
