Force password change in bulk


Article Summary

You can force multiple users to change their password using a bulk action. 

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Users > Bulk user actions.
  2. Select the users whose passwords you want to be changed (you may need to filter if you have a large number of users on your site). 
  3. Click Add to selection
  4. Select Force password change from the With selected users dropdown. 
  5. Click Go.
  6. Click Yes on the confirmation screen.

You can select multiple users at once using the CTRL (or CMD) key on your keyboard. 

Users can be filtered according to full name, surname, first name, email address, city/town, country, confirmed, first access, last access, last login, username, and authentication.

If you have set a custom profile field, this will also be available from the Profile dropdown box.
