Reactivate a suspended user

If a user account has been suspended, you may later wish to reactivate the account.
To reactivate a suspended account, follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Users.
- Filter the User status by Suspended.
- Click the padlock icon (
) next to the suspended user's name.
- On the Manage login page, scroll down to the Action section.
- Select Activate user account.
- Click Update.
The user's account will now be active.
