Update a job assignment


You can make changes to existing job assignments, for example when a job role has been renamed or a user has a new manager.

To update a job assignment, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Users.
  2. Click the name of the user whose job assignment you wish to edit.
  3. Under the Job assignments section, select the name of the job assignment you want to update.
  4. Make the required edits to the job assignment details.
  5. Select Update job assignment to save your edits or Cancel to discard all changes.
  6. Repeat as required to update any other job assignments held by the user.

When a user has multiple job assignments, Site Administrators can change their display order on the user's profile using the up and down arrows (,).
