View team seminar bookings


Article Summary

Managers can view seminar bookings for their staff members via their Team page.

Follow these steps to review your team's bookings:

  1. Go to Develop > Team.
  2. Click the Bookings link next to a team member's name.
  3. Select either the Future bookings or Past bookings tab.
  4. Here you can see the following information:
    • Course name
    • Event name
    • Session start date
    • Event start time
    • Event finish time
    • The learner's Status (e.g. booked, attended, declined, etc.)
  5. Optionally export this information as a CSV, Excel, ODS, or PDF file by clicking Export.
