Enable HR import elements

Article Summary
To import data for any of the available elements when using HR import, they must first be enabled. Elements are the different types of information that can be imported, such as job assignments, positions, and competency data. You can enable one or more elements for import.
- Go to Quick-access menu > HR Import > Elements > Manage elements.
- Click the crossed-out eye icon (
) to enable an element. When the eye icon is open (
), the corresponding element is enabled. - Once enabled, a Settings link will be available for the element.
- Configure the settings for each enabled element.
- Click Save changes.

), the corresponding element is enabled.You can also access each enabled element's settings by going to Quick-access menu > HR Import > Elements and selecting the name of the element you wish to configure.
