You can add related badges to a badge to keep track of different versions of your badges, such as the same badge in multiple languages, or updated versions of older badges.
The process for adding related badges for course and site badges is almost identical, only requiring a different path to get to the badge.
Add related badges to a site badge
- Go to Quick-access menu > Badges.
- Click the name of the badge for which you want to add related badges.
- Select the Related badges tab.
- Click Add related badge.
- Select the badge from the list.
- Click Save changes.
You can delete a related badge relationship by clicking the cross icon () alongside it.
All related badges for the current badge are displayed in a list on the Related badges tab with their Name, Version, Language and badge Type.
Add related badges to a course badge
- Go to the course containing the badge for which you want to add related badges.
- From the Administration block, go to Course administration > Badges > Manage badges.
- Click the name of the badge.
