When managing seminar assets on your site you can add new assets by following these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Seminars > Assets.
- Click Add a new asset.
- Give the asset a descriptive (and ideally unique) name.
- Check the Allow asset booking conflicts setting to allow the asset to be assigned to two or more seminar event sessions that are running at the same time.
- Optionally give the asset a description.
- Complete any Custom fields that you've added.
- Click Add an asset.
Only users with the mod/facetoface:managesitewideassets capability can create new assets site-wide, and only users with the mod/facetoface:manageadhocassets capability can create assets within a specific seminar activity.
