Before you can add a WebDAV repository to a user, you will need to enable the repository and turn on the Allow users to add a repository instance into the user context setting in the site-wide configuration for WebDAV repositories.
- Go to the Preferences page for the user you want to add the repository for.
- Under Repositories, click Manage instances.
- Click Create "WebDAV repository" instance.
- Configure the settings.
- Click Save.
