After creating a performance activity and adding your content, you are ready to assign the performance activity to users.
To assign the activity to a specific audience, follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Activity management.
- Click the activity to which you wish to assign users.
- Select the Assignments tab.
- From the Add group dropdown menu, select Audience.
- Select the audience(s) using the tick box in front of the audience name(s).
- Click Add.
The activity is automatically saved after adding assignments.
You can freely add or remove audiences once the activity is Active (i.e. it has been activated).
A user can only be assigned once, i.e. if they appear in multiple assigned audiences, they are still only assigned to a performance activity once.
