There may be various reasons why you need to cancel a seminar event - for example you've created more events than you require, or a facilitator or room is no longer available.
To cancel a seminar event, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the course page or the events dashboard.
- Click the icon of three dots (
) next to the event you need to cancel. - Select Cancel event from the dropdown list.
- Where custom fields have been added to the Event cancellation form, you will be prompted to enter these details before confirming the cancellation by clicking the Yes button. Clicking No will disregard the cancellation and return you to the events dashboard or course home page.
Cancelling an event will notify all Booked and Wait-listed learners and remove this training session from their Record of Learning and calendar.
