Configure notification delivery preferences

You can also configure how each notification is sent by configuring its delivery channels, such as email notifications, notifications in the mobile app, or on the site's navigation bar.

It is recommended that you configure these site-wide first (Quick-access menu > Notifications) so that you can disable all instances of specific delivery channels if desired.

Follow these steps to configure which delivery channels are used:

  1. Select the ellipsis icon () for the notification, then Delivery preferences.
  2. If you are updating these settings at any level other than the site level, you will first need to select the Override checkbox.
  3. Choose the different delivery channels you want to use by default.
  4. Click Save.
