Delete a site policy

Once a site policy has been published you cannot delete it entirely. Instead, if you don't want users to see it then you will need to archive it. You can, however, delete an unpublished version of a site policy if you no longer want it. If the unpublished version is the only version of the site policy then this will delete the policy entirely. 

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Security > Site policies > Manage policies
  2. Click the name of the policy you wish to delete. 
  3. Click the cross icon () next to the policy version.
  4. Click Delete on the confirmation screen. 

The policy version will be removed from the site.
