You may wish to create a new badge based on an existing one, or one that uses very similar settings. If this is the case then you can duplicate an existing badge.
Duplicate a site badge
- Go to Quick-access menu > Badges.
- Click the icon of two pieces of paper (
.png?sv=2022-11-02&spr=https&st=2026-02-12T14%3A52%3A41Z&se=2026-02-12T15%3A03%3A41Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=JPkKqMViJj8Gl8nbFCwIM35%2BQulU%2FOlbiVnB70NmHCo%3D)
) next to the badge you want to duplicate.
You can now edit the new badge's details and criteria before enabling it.
Disable a course badge
- Go to the course containing the badge you wish to duplicate.
- From the Administration block go to Course administration > Badges > Manage badges.
- Click the icon of two pieces of paper () next to the badge you want to duplicate.
You can now edit the new badge's details and criteria before enabling it.
