In order to use open badges the feature must be enabled. The badges functionality is enabled by default, but may be disabled or re-enabled within Configure features via the quick-access menu.
To enable open badges, follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Configure features > Shared services settings.
- Tick Enable badges.
- Click Save changes.
