Site Administrators can export all competencies (grouped by framework) and their associated fields in either the Excel, CSV or .ods format.
To export your site's competencies, follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Competencies.
- Select the name of the competency framework you wish to export from.
- Select the required format under Export all items from framework.
- Click Export all items.
The export file content structure is suitable for use in HR Import. You can use HR import to add or update competencies.
