Totara offers a wide range of languages, including right-to-left display support where appropriate. You can see a full list of available language packs from our website.
To install a language pack, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Quick-access menu > Localisation > Language packs.
- Select the language you require from the list of available language packs.
- Click Install selected language pack.
The language pack will then be installed. You can install multiple language packs at once if required.
All language packs (apart from UK English) are stored in the sitedata/lang directory.
The Totara Talent Experience Platform language translations are primarily created and maintained by Totara Partners. While every effort is made to ensure supported language packs are complete and accurate, from time to time errors or omissions may be found. Totara offers no guarantee on any official or unofficial language packs, however, we will rectify any issues as soon as possible once alerted to a problem. Any questions or issues can be raised via the Totara Helpdesk. We have also provided a list of current supported and unsupported language packs for Totara 15, along with the completion percentage for each pack.
