Learner cancellation


Article Summary

Should you need to cancel your booking for an event, you can do so via the Cancel booking link available on the event page.  

You can cancel a booking for seminar events you have directly signed up for, or those events a manager, Trainer, or Site Administrator have signed you up to on your behalf.

When cancelling, as a participant you will be asked to provide a Cancellation reason and enter in details for any Custom fields that have been added to the User Cancellation form.

You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email and your manager will be notified by email and/or via their Alerts block within their Dashboard.
