Your performance activities (including appraisals, check-ins and feedback) can all be printed. This allows you to either print a physical copy or save to a PDF document for storage outside of Totara.
- Go to Develop > Activities.
- Find the activity you wish to print (you may need to use the tabs to switch lists).
- Click the down arrow (

) in front of the activity name. - Click Print activity.
- Check the preview.
- Click Print.
- Choose the print destination (a printer or PDF) and any other printing settings.
- Click Print.
If you are printing to a PDF you will then have to select a storage location on your computer, give the PDF a name, and click Save.
