Reset course import report

You may want to reset the course import report once you've confirmed that all previous uploads have processed without errors. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Courses and categories > Upload completion records > Reset report data.
  2. Tick the box next to Reset course report data? to clear course report data. 
  3. Tick the box next to Reset certification report data? to clear certification report data.
  4. Click the Reset selected button to clear the report.
  5. Click Continue to confirm.
