Configuring review item questions

Review item questions allow you to pull content from other features into a performance activity

If you have permissions to create a performance activity then follow these steps:

  1. Create a performance activity (see the Create a performance activity page). 
  2. Add Responding participant relationships.
  3. Click Edit content elements in the bottom right.
  4. Select + Add elements and then select Review item from the dropdown menu. 
  5. Enter the Question text and set the Review type to either:
    • Competencies
    • Company goals
    • Personal goals
    • Evidence
    • Learning
  6. From the relationships you set as Responding participants you can now set the Selection participant (e.g. the Subject or Manager). 
  7. Optionally, for competencies check the box next to Enable performance activity rating, or for goal content the box next to Ability to change goal status during activity, if you want any ratings added in this performance activity to be submitted to the original item.
  8. If you enable performance activity rating Rating participant will now appear, so you can select the relationship you want to assign from the Responding participants you added previously (e.g. Subject or Manager). 
  9. Check the box for Response required to make this question mandatory. 
  10. Click Save

Configure in the competency

If you have chosen then review item type of Competency then once you have set up the performance activity (as described above) you can add the Performance activity review achievement path to the desired competencies.
