Create organisations in bulk

If you need to add a large number of organisation items to your organisation frameworks, you may not want to add them all individually. Instead, you can add multiple organisation items to the same parent item and organisation type in one action.
To bulk add organisation items, follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Organisations.
- Click Manage organisations.
- Select the name of the organisation framework to which you want to add the organisation items.
- Select Add from the Bulk actions dropdown menu.
- Select the Parent organisation.
- Set the organisation Type.
- Enter each organisation item you wish to add on a new line.
- Click Save changes.
Your new organisation items will now appear in the organisation framework.
The Parent organisation allows you to build parent-child relationships between the individual organisations in your hierarchy framework. You must have at least one organisation set up in your framework for this option to be available. The default value is Top.
Types allow you to add custom fields to your organisational items. This is an optional field, and can be left blank or set later.
