    Habilitar mensajería instantánea

    Si desea que los usuarios puedan enviar mensajes instantáneos entre sí en su sitio, primero deberá habilitar esta función. 

    1. Vaya al menú de acceso rápido > Configurar funciones Configuración del servicio > compartido. 
    2. Marque Habilitar sistema de mensajería.
    3. Haga clic en Guardar cambios (deberá desplazarse hasta la parte inferior de la pantalla).
