El monitoreo de eventos permite a los administradores e instructores del sitio recibir notificaciones cuando ocurren ciertos eventos en Totara.
Es posible que también se les permita a los alumnos suscribirse a las reglas si se les da la capacidad de herramienta/monitor:suscribirse. No se recomienda que los alumnos puedan crear o administrar reglas.
Para ello, se debe crear una regla para que el evento sea monitoreado y luego un usuario deberá suscribirse a la regla para ser notificado. La regla especificará qué es el evento y con qué frecuencia debe ocurrir antes de que se envíe la notificación al suscriptor. La notificación puede ser emergente, correo electrónico u otros métodos elegidos.
