Allow role assignment

Roles are the bundles of capabilities that allow users to perform certain sets of actions on your site. You can define the roles a user can assign to another user based on their own assigned role. 

1. Go to Quick-access menu > Permissions > Define roles.
2. Click the Allow role assignments tab.
3. Find the role for which you wish to set role assignment permissions.
4. Click the check box for the roles they should be able to assign.
5. Click Save changes.
