Bulk close a performance activity

If you no longer want or need an active performance activity then you can close all subject and participation instances at once.

To bulk close instances for a performance activity, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Activity management.
  2. Click the icon of two people (manage_participation(1)) next to the activity you wish to close.
  3. Click the Close all instances button in the top-left corner of the page. 
  4. Click Close all on the confirmation screen. 

All subject and participation instances will be closed, regardless of any progress made.
