If you have your own site documentation then you can set this as the default by going to Quick-access menu > Appearance > Documentation. You can also configure the behaviour of documentation links.

Open in new window | You may find that trainers prefer the documentation to open in a new window, so they can easily return to their page in Totara. If so, enable this setting. | - |
