Before you can add an EQUELLA repository to a user, a Site Administrator will need to enable the repository and turn on the Allow users to add a repository instance into the user context setting.
You will also need to ensure you configure Totara on your EQUELLA instance.
- Go to the Preferences page for the user you want to add the repository for.
- Under Repositories, click Manage instances.
- Click Create "EQUELLA repository" instance.
- Configure the settings.
- Click Save.
