Add goals to an audience

Once you have set up goals on your Totara site, you can then assign these to all members of an audience by following these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Audiences.
  2. Select the cog icon () for the audience.
  3. Select the GOALS tab. 
  4. Click Add Goal.
  5. Browse or search for the goal framework.
  6. Click the goal to select it. 
  7. Click Save.

If you have only a single goal framework you can simply select the goals you wish to add. If you have multiple frameworks then you can select the desired framework from a dropdown menu, and then select goals by clicking on them. You can also click the Search tab to find a specific goal.
