Approve or decline a workspace request

As a Workspace Owner or Site Administrator you can see requests to join a workspace in the Members tab. Simply click Approve to give a user access to the workspace, or Decline to deny access.

If you decide to decline a request you can enter a message (using a free text field) to explain why you have declined the request, should you wish to.

To approve or decline a request, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Collaborate > Your workspaces.
  2. Select a workspace.
  3. Select the Members tab.
  4. Click Approve or Decline alongside the user's name.
  5. If you choose to decline then you can optionally enter a reason.

The user will then receive a notification to let them know whether their request has been approved or declined.
