# Edit a comment

You can edit any [comments](/18/docs/likes-and-comments-1) you have posted on resources, playlists, or discussion threads. As a Site Administrator (or another user role with the relevant permissions) you can also edit other users’ comments.

To edit a comment, follow these steps:

1. Find the comment you want to edit.
2. Click the icon of three dots (![](https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/5s9OlIO57CfZCRNiL79mhHwi0vIXX6Z9SF-7b5gwIFFajR92grLLeGuytLsANKqATMsZryPIYww3AE69RVSD_r2CKnUPjgR7XbC76MCyBATbLdXyQJ0m97k5PBvnVg-IMUyojfDx=s0)) in the top-right corner of the comment.
3. Click **Edit**.
4. Make your changes to the comment.
5. Click **Done** to save your changes.
