Go to *Quick-access menu >* *Appearance > Manage workflows*. 2. Click the eye icon (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-1635158371508.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T12%3A38%3A18Z&se=2026-11-07T13%3A38%3A18Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=iO0WZ5QW%2BBKPQFQ3wKdN0vDNfNs0OEw9mj6%2Fc88Pxeg%3D)) next to the workflow you wish to enable. When only one workflow is available to a specific user (because only one exists in code, only one is enabled by an admin, or only one is available to them due to access rules, or a combination) the user is transparently redirected straight to that workflow. If no workflows are available, the interface will hide the option to perform that action completely.
