Install H5P content types

As a Site Administrator you can configure which content types are available in H5P activities on your site.

To install content types automatically via the H5P Hub, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Quick-access menu > Plugins > Activity modules > Manage activities > H5P > H5P settings.
2. Scroll down and find the Use H5P Hub setting under the Content types heading. Read the liability agreement and decide if you want to proceed with using the H5P Hub.
3. Click Save changes.

Alternatively you can install content types manually by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Quick-access menu > Plugins > Activity modules > H5P > H5P libraries.
2. Click Choose a file, select the H5P library file(s), then click Upload this file. Alternatively you can drag and drop the file.
3. Configure the Options as required.
4. Click Upload.

When creating an H5P activity, you can install additional content types by following these steps:

1. Create an H5P activity.
2. Browse the list of content types to find the content type you wish to install.
3. Click Get.
4. Optionally review the Content Demo and License information.
5. Click Install.
6. A message will appear when the relevant libraries have been successfully installed.
