Remove force password change flag in bulk

Article Summary

When setting up user accounts using HR import, the Force password change flag may be set automatically. This could be an issue if you're creating accounts for use with single sign-on (SSO) systems. Instead of manually removing the flag from each account, you can remove the Force password change flag from multiple user accounts using a bulk action:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Users > Bulk user actions.
  2. Select the user accounts from which you wish to remove the Force password change flag.
  3. Click Add to selection.
  4. Select Remove force password change flag from the With selected users dropdown.
  5. Click Go.
  6. Click Yes on the confirmation screen.

You can select multiple users at once using the CTRL (or CMD) key on your keyboard.

Users can be filtered according to full name, surname, first name, email address, city/town, country, confirmed, first access, last access, last login, username, and authentication.

If you have set a custom profile field, this will also be available from the Profile dropdown box.
