Set up the GO1 content marketplace

GO1 is one of the content marketplaces built into Totara. To start using GO1, you need to enable and configure it by following these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Content marketplace.
  2. In the list of available content marketplaces, you will see GO1.
  3. Click Enable next to GO1.
  4. Log in with an existing GO1 account, or click Sign up to register a new account. In order for the GO1 content marketplace to work correctly within your Totara Learn site, administrators must register for GO1 services via their Totara Learn portal rather than directly with GO1.
  5. You will then need to provide authorisation for your Totara Learn site to access your GO1 account and subscription, and confirm your GO1 Account and Content settings.

Troubleshooting: No admin access after signing in

After enabling the GO1 content marketplace and signing in, you may encounter an error message saying No admin access for [email].

This error is normally displayed if an account has been created with GO1 outside of Totara Learn and a GO1 portal has not been created via Totara Learn for administration functionality. Access is only provided to the GO1 public portal, which cannot be administered.

If you encounter this error, please submit a support request to the Totara Support team, who will work with the GO1 Support team to resolve the issue. To prevent future problems with this issue, ensure that you register for the GO1 content marketplace via Totara Learn in order to create a portal which can be administered.
