To access your own competency profile you will need to go to Develop > Competencies from the main menu bar.
When you access the competency profile you will see information about any competencies assigned to you, as well as a Self assign competencies button in the top right. There may also be a button in the top-right corner for Rate competencies if you have any competencies assigned to you that you can rate.
