# Add a tag collection

You can add a new tag collection to help group and organise your [tags](/19/docs/what-are-tags).

1. Go to *Quick-access > Appearance > Manage tags.*
2. Click **Add tag collection** (located to the right under the collections table).
3. Give the collection a name and decide if it will be searchable.
4. Click **Create**.

The collection will now be created. You can click the name of the collection to edit it and add tags.
