# Add tags to a collection

Once you have [created a new tag collection](/19/docs/add-a-tag-collection) (or if you have an existing one) you can add new tags to it.

1. Go to *Quick-access menu > Appearance > Manage tags.*
2. Click the name of the collection you wish to add tags to.
3. Click **+Add standard tags** (located under the search bar).
4. Enter one or more tags in a comma-separated list.
5. Click **Continue**.

The tags will now be added to the collection.
