You can do this by enrolling learners on courses in a number of ways. For small-scale sites you may just want to [manually enrol users](/19/docs/manually-enrol-users) on each course, but you can use a number of other [enrolment methods](/19/docs/what-are-enrolment-methods) to allow users to enrol on courses in different ways. Additionally you can [set up guest access](/19/docs/configure-guest-access) to allow users to look around a course before enrolling. As a Site Administrator you can [configure which enrolment methods are available](/19/docs/configure-enrolment-methods) at the site level and on individual courses.
