Approval workflows notification triggers

Notifications can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to approval workflows occur.

Notification trigger eventDescription
Level approvedNotifications can be sent when an approval level is approved by a user. If there is only one approval level in the stage then this will work the same as using the Stage fully approved trigger.
Level deniedNotifications can be sent when an approval level is denied by a user.
At start of levelNotifications can be sent when each approval level is started, i.e. once approvers are able to approve the level.
Stage fully approvedNotifications can be sent once all levels in a stage have been approved.
Comment addedNotifications can be sent whenever a user comments on an application.
Comment updatedNotifications can be sent whenever a user edits a comment on an application.
At end of stageNotifications can be sent when an approval, form submission or waiting stage ends.
At start of stageNotifications can be sent when an approval, form submission or waiting stage starts.
Application submittedNotifications can be sent when the user submits their application.
Application withdrawnNotifications can be sent when a user withdraws their application.
