Notifications can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to approval workflows occur.
| Notification trigger event | Description |
|---|---|
| Level approved | Notifications can be sent when an approval level is approved by a user. If there is only one approval level in the stage then this will work the same as using the Stage fully approved trigger. |
| Level denied | Notifications can be sent when an approval level is denied by a user. |
| At start of level | Notifications can be sent when each approval level is started, i.e. once approvers are able to approve the level. |
| Stage fully approved | Notifications can be sent once all levels in a stage have been approved. |
| Comment added | Notifications can be sent whenever a user comments on an application. |
| Comment updated | Notifications can be sent whenever a user edits a comment on an application. |
| At end of stage | Notifications can be sent when an approval, form submission or waiting stage ends. |
| At start of stage | Notifications can be sent when an approval, form submission or waiting stage starts. |
| Application submitted | Notifications can be sent when the user submits their application. |
| Application withdrawn | Notifications can be sent when a user withdraws their application. |
