Archive a site policy

Once you have published a site policy you may wish to remove it. This can be done by archiving the published version of the policy. Note that you can only archive the latest published version.

To archive a policy, follow these steps:

1. Go to Quick-access menu > Security > Site policies > Manage policies. 
2. Click the name of the policy you wish to archive. 
3. Click the box icon () to archive the policy version.
4. Click Archive on the confirmation screen. 

You will still be able to create a new version of the policy or edit an unpublished version. 

When you archive a policy, any translations of that version will also be archived.
