# Assign a company goal to a team member

Managers can assign [company goals](/19/docs/create-company-goals) to their team members.

To assign a goal to a team member, follow these steps:

1. Go to *Develop > Team*.
2. Click **Goals** under the desired user's name.
3. Click **Add company goal**.
4. Select the framework from which you wish to assign goals.
5. Select the goals you wish to assign.
6. Click **Save**.
