# Change your Totara flavour

In Totara, the products available on a given site are determined by the chosen flavour in the **config.php**. There is a different flavour for [each individual product](/19/docs/understanding-totara-products) or combination of products - you can see the full list below.

To change the Totara flavour on a site you will need to update your existing **config.php** file and add a flavour declaration specifying which flavour the site should be using:

```php
$CFG→forceflavour = 'flavourname';
```

The following options are available for flavourname depending on which combination of products the upgraded site will be using:

- learn
- engage
- perform
- learn_perform
- learn_engage
- perform_engage
- learn_perform_engage
- learn_professional
