Configure Totara goal notifications

Totara goal notifications are configured at the site or tenant level. Note that no Totara goal notifications are available by default, so you will need to create any notifications you wish to use.

Create a notification

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Notifications.
  2. Expand the Totara goals section.
  3. Select the notification trigger for the notification you wish to edit.
  4. Click Create notification.
  5. Complete the settings and add your notification content.
  6. Click Save.

Edit a notification

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Notifications.
  2. Expand the Totara goals section.
  3. Select the notification trigger for the notification you wish to edit.
  4. Click the icon of three dots (three_dots(1)) next to the notification, then select Edit.
  5. Complete the settings and add your notification content.
  6. Click Save.

Now, whenever this notification is triggered the new settings will be used.
