Create a dynamic audience

A dynamic audience is fluid, meaning it will update automatically based on the rule set that dictates membership, e.g. if a user is assigned to a certain position or moves to a certain location. Dynamic audiences are useful if you need to manage large groups where membership is likely to change frequently, such as an audience of staff joiners.
To create a dynamic audience, follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Audiences.
- Select the Add new audience tab.
- Complete the settings as required.
- Click Save changes.
You will be automatically taken to the Rule sets tab for this new audience. This will allow you to set the criteria for membership.
