Create learning plans for an audience

When using Totara Learn, you can use audiences to provide users with learning plans. As a Site Administrator you select learning plan templates and automatically create learning plans for each audience member.
- Go to Quick-access menu > Audiences.
- Click the cog icon () next to the audience for which you want to assign learning plans.
- Select the Learning plan tab.
- Complete the settings.
- Click Save and create plans.
- Confirmation of the number of learning plans being created will be displayed, and you will also be able to see a History of the learning plans created.
When using Totara Learn, if the Exclude users who setting is set to Have an existing, automatically created plan based on this template then the automatic creation of learning plans will not be available.
