# Create new users in a tenant

Once you have [created your tenant](/19/docs/add-a-tenant) you may wish to add new users from within the tenant (rather than adding existing users from the site level). To add new users, follow these steps:

1. Go to *Quick-access menu > Tenants.*
2. Select the tenant for which you wish to add a user.
3. From the **Administration** block, go to **Tenant users**.
4. Click **Create tenant member**.
5. Complete the new user's details.
6. Scroll down and click **Create user**.
